Requesting cancellation
Email contact@nextbait.us as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation request.” If fulfillment has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Orders already processed or shipped
If the order has entered fulfillment or already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, you may request a return under our Refund Policy.
Address or product changes
Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address or product selection. We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

We may cancel an order because of inventory issues, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, listing errors, or legal and geographic restrictions. If payment was captured, it will be refunded.
