We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown below are estimates and may vary by product, destination, carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season demand.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. High-demand or pre-order products may display a different estimate on the product page.
Estimated delivery
Most United States orders arrive approximately 5–10 business days after processing. Some products may ship from a different fulfillment location and require additional transit time. The estimate displayed at checkout or on the product page takes priority where it differs.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping applies only when shown for the order and destination.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and additional charges may apply when a parcel must be reshipped.
Delays and split shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels. Carrier delays are outside our direct control, but our support team will help investigate material delays.
Lost, damaged, or marked-delivered parcels
If a parcel is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number. Also check household members, neighbors, delivery locations, and the carrier. We will assist with a carrier investigation and apply the appropriate remedy.
International orders
International availability is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
